Frequently asked Questions

  • I made the Hope project because of my own struggles with mental health, i have seen first hand the shortcomings of the Irish mental health system and how many people they have failed that i wanted to create a safe, non judgemental platform where people can find advice, support, information and resources that can help them navigate this difficult time.

  • Feedback and suggestions are so helpful to making the project better. If you have any ideas, suggestions or feedback email thehopeproject.ie@gmail.com or go to our contact form on the site.

  • If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, the best and bravest thing you can do is call emergency services and ask for an ambulance or the police. They are there to help. You can also go to your local emergency department for assistance.

Unfortunately, The Hope Project is not equipped to handle crisis situations directly. We are here to provide information and direct you to the appropriate services.
